How to Recover Access to a SentinelOne Account
Account recovery depends on how your organization manages identity and access. Use the approved recovery process rather than third-party services.
Recover access
- If your organization uses SSO, begin with its approved password-reset or identity-recovery process.
- If you use a managed SentinelOne account, contact your organization’s administrator to verify the account status.
- Confirm that your user account is active and assigned the necessary permissions.
- Complete MFA recovery only through the identity provider’s official process.
When recovery fails
- Record the error message and the time of the failed attempt.
- Ask the administrator to review account lockout, role assignment, and identity-provider settings.
- Do not share a password or one-time code with anyone claiming they can restore access.
